I opted for the prescription lenses, so it took a while to receive them. I liked the way they fit as soon as I put them on, but they did get a little uncomfortable on the bridge of my nose until I adjusted to wearing them; now they feel fine. The lenses are super clear, and the light blocking capability is great. The clip-on frames are easy to take on and off. The only downside is that they are rather heavy with the darker lenses clipped on. A light-weight metal frame would probably be better if you are intending to buy a 2 in 1 set.

Calmer & better sleep

I instantaneously felt an ease to my system when putting on the evening lenses. Feel more calm, easier to wind down before sleep and feels relaxing for the eyes. Have not seen any major shift in migraines/headaches yet but have only been using them for about one month. I find it a bit hard to orient and get a bit dizzy with the red night lenses when for example walking the stairs. I also had a routine reading before putting the lights out but it’s a bit to dark to read with the night lenses so I switch back to the evening lenses. So a shift of routine is maybe necessary.. 😊 I was very happily surprised with the style and robustness of the frames. Very comfortable to wear and the click on system works really well. I’ll be buying the day time lenses soon. Thank you for this great product! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
