This electronic assist swivel mount really addressed our family room setup. The TV is flat on one wall, but we would also want to swing it out to be seen from the kitchen while cooking- problem solved! I called for support to help me with setting the stop points and memory functions and got the exact help I needed- very refreshing to deal with a US based support center!!!!!!
