Makes a wonderful, nutritious bone broth. I use 3 knuckles and make bone broth out of them in my instant pot which makes for a concentrated broth that I can freeze in small cubes and use for the month. I love purchasing from US wellness meats!

I made beef bone broth using 3 knuckles in the instant pot. The broth was rich and nourishing. I used it for stew and sipping on when our family had colds going around. Thanks for providing a great product!
