First & formost your website & the ease of finding products is perfect. As for your beef liver. I honestly can’t get enough of it. Being on a full carnivore diet, liver is a must. Excellent product. I’m happy being a customer.

The liver came frozen but somewhat started to thaw. More ice packs would have helped. The flavor is good. I have found it to be better cooked on a lower temp and for no longer than 5 mins. It’s not trimmed and does has gristle. I would prefer calves liver if available. Season it with onion powder or fried onions with a side of fried apples. It’s also good fried with bacon.
