I would just like to thank ProCook for the fantastic service. I placed the order on the Tuesday, got a phone call to arrange delivery on the Wednesday and it arrived Friday! It was delivered secured on a pallet, undamaged, and wheeled into me garage. I expected to have to assemble it but to me surprise it was ready to go. First impressions of the Chud Box after a couple of cooks is that it’s well constructed, holds the heat and is going to be fun to use. Although not cheap, in comparison to the price Chud’s website plus 8.25% sales tax plus delivery, it pretty good considering it covers International Shipping & Import Taxes, 20% VAT and delivery to Scotland. And it was already assembled! Thanks again for the great service.
