Fixed the heel

I haven't taken these out climbing yet so I might update my review once I have, but it seems like Scarpa fixed the sloppy loose heel on the techs. I demoed the previous version of the phantom tech and would never want to own them because of how loose the heel was. Walking around the house these feel promising. The zipper is also a massive improvement over the previous, all the way around the ankle zipper.
