The kit is awesome! Comes with everything you need to get started. I’m new to rod building and am enjoying it so far! Thanks for putting this together

Everything you need to start building however…

This kit includes pretty much everything needed to build a rod, however the bolt that holds the thread spools on is poorly made (needs to be fixed in place instead of relying on the friction of two nuts keeping it stiff, if anything factory set it tight and apply some thread lock on it so it can’t come loose would probably be the cheapest fix)

Great set for getting started. Everything you need; epoxy, reamers, tools, thread, etc, etc. You can build a number of rods, and if you’re just building several a year for yourself, there’s nothing else needed. Even if you advance with your rod building this kit will always be useful and usable.
