I LOVE the concept of washable fabric with no chemicals! I just wish I could find a furniture manufacturer that carries these fabrics! None of the companies I spoke with even knew about the Revolution plus line! Beautiful and soft! Please make even more prints, and get the word out to manufacturers about this product!

Great product...terrible online customer service!

My issue is not with the product but rather the customer service and the return policy or lack of. My initial email to RPF after receiving my order was met with less than satisfactory phone communication and subsequent emails with the V.P. of Marketing: Anderson Gibbons which escalated into an unpleasant back and forth email exchange. My hope was that we could come to a resolution but it seems that the end goal was to respond with flippant unprofessional remarks and accuse me of being rude. The final response that I received from Anderson Gibbons was: "I would have helped you...we love helping our customers but you were an extremely rude person to my team and need a taste of your own medicine. Please don't buy fabrics from our company again." It seems that RPF has perhaps put someone into a role that does not possess adequate communication skills. And just an FYI...my initial email was direct not rude!
