The demi glace is one of the best things frankie has, its a must try nothing compares to this.

I’m giving a 5 because i did the chicken one, so I’ve got my fingers crossed. It’ll be up tomorrow night along side the roasted perfect marrow “God’s butter” bones and a warm baguette. I cant wait!
