Lots of broken candy rings! No customer service reply thus far.

When I received my candy rings I immediatey replied via email that roughly HALF the candy rings were broken into small pieces. Requested replacement. The following day I left a similar voice mail. I have yet to receive any type of acknowledgement, reply or corrective action plan. The mailing box was in good shape but without any type of air pillow or bubble wrap the actual candy bag had plenty of room to bouce around during shipment.
