Brilliant piece of kit
​brilliant piece of kit if you are tight for space in the gym, unreal for rehab, warm up pre lower body sessions and development of hamstring strength.

Buttery smooth. Top quality.
It has nice big wheels and they're surprisingly soft so it's super smooth. I find it easier to more exercises with also, I suppose it's due to the smoothness and stability. It was out of stock when I ordered it so had to wait a month to get it but it was well worth the wait! I would definitely order again from blkbox. The quality of the finishing is top notch. 👌

Awesome alternative to nordic curls
Nordics are a great hamstring exercise but too advanced for many clients and this offers a way to train the hamstring in knee flexion without the need for a hamstring curl machine. Awesome piece of equipment that I’d highly recommend.
