Brilliant piece of kit
​brilliant piece of kit if you are tight for space in the gym, unreal for rehab, warm up pre lower body sessions and development of hamstring strength.

Awesome alternative to nordic curls
Nordics are a great hamstring exercise but too advanced for many clients and this offers a way to train the hamstring in knee flexion without the need for a hamstring curl machine. Awesome piece of equipment that I’d highly recommend.

Brilliant bit of kit!
I have rubber flooring in my home gym, and gliders just won’t work on them - so this was exactly what I needed! Wheels are super smooth and the metal frame is really sturdy. Feels solid when you use it. Hamstrings were not happy the day after I used it for the first time so I’ll take that as a good sign!
