Quality kit

I have had this GHD for a few weeks now so have given it plenty use before my review. The price was great compared to competitors, delivery was quick and easy and the build quality is outstanding. It was easy to assemble on my own. All the tools were included however you'll make quicker and easier progress if you have a decent set if spanners/socket set. I have never properly used a GHD before but as I hit my late 30's and repeatedly seem to have lower back injuries I felt it was time to concentrate more of my training on my core and lower back. So far so good and I only wish I bought one years ago. It does take up quite a bit of space which should be considered by with the handles and wheels it's easily movable. Overall I'm delighted with my purchase. It's my first BlkBox product and I wouldn't hesitate buying more kit from them.

Solid Kit

My first big purchase from the BLK BOX team, living in N Ireland (20miles from the factory) I was keen to keep it local & was not disappointed. After assembling this Glute Ham Machine you get a complete feel for it’s superior build quality, this unit is rock solid & will take a lot of abuse. One exercise that this unit offers is it doubles up as a Hyperextension Machine too, this movement does wonders for my warm-ups pre deadlift/squats. This purchase has got me curious for future purchases with BLK BOX & growing my home gym strength studio I’d also like to thank the email support team who ironed out the postage query I had, from £60 to zero delivery cost just made my purchase feel fantastic. This item also came well packaged & on a pallet, I did detect a few scuff marks & scraps on the paintwork, I call these Battle Scars. Gives the equipment it’s own unique feel in my war against iron workouts
