Excellent dumbbells let down by packing

Bought two 15kg dumbbells to try them out. The dumbbells are excellent. They are tough, well balanced and I reckon will outlast me. The loss of one star is down to the variable packaging. One was wrapped in plastic and polystyrene and the number on it was bright white. The other had obviously been used and had no plastic covering the dumbbell and the number was dirty and uncleanable. Just a shame as I wanted these to last a lifetime but they just both look different. Functionally built like tanks but aesthetically the used one is not worth the cost.
