Hello I thought I would share my opinion on Sleepmed Relief Spray. I have had sleep disorders for some time. I have tried all the sleep stuff there is (apart from the Drs prescribed ones) and was rather skeptical but thought I would give it a go. It seems to be an on and off thing but I think it helps a lot. If I wake up in the night I take 2 sprays like the bottle suggests. I am trying not to rely on sleep medication so am trying anything in the hope it works long term.
