The delivery time was good. I set it up easily and It took about two hours to charge up with plugging the unit into the wall. You need full sun for the solar panels. I took it on a camping trip and it ran my rv for about 6 hours. I had trouble with connecting to the blue tooth but finally connected. Also the solar panels need a sturdier base to stand up. They are floppy. Hard to keep in position. The way they fold up is nice and I wish there was a carrying case to store them in. I did not order the extra battery but will do so and yes I would recommend to friends.

Easy to use

The generator is easy to use. Really need full sun to repower for the solar panels. Order the extension cords for the panels to the generator. The generator will power my freezer for an estimated 10 hours. It used 10% of the charge in one hour. I plan to use in conjunction with gas powered generator in emergencies. I will probably get the add on battery as well, which is why I chose the 2000 over the 3000. The only thing that I am not happy with is the ability to monitor the unit remotely. The bluetooth is hard to get connected and has not really worked well for me. I would still recomend to a friend. Thanks, WCD

Amazing for a digital Nomad and Traveler

As always Jackery blew it away with this. I have been using them for my traveling/Nomad/Filmmaker lifestyle and they have never let me down. My original 200WH Jackery is still kicking strong 5 years of abuse later. So excited to see how much more they are offering now!
