Customer service & product quality made the wait worth it

The product I ordered was out of stock & I had to reach out to support to understand why my order was delayed (I wish they'd reach out to me first). But in the end customer support were very friendly and willing to help. They sped up the dispatch process, and it only took 1 day of shipping from Bulgaria to France, very impressive. As for the product itself, it works as advertised, very satisfied.
