The Rizzler Bike

This bike is awesome. I kept encountering issues with e-bikes being too tall for my 12 year old son. This one has a perfect stand over height and is great. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because the back nut on the seat immediately came loose and I had to fix it myself.

Received Rizzler and upon unpacking noticed some damage to interior of box, then noticed a small part on the handle bars was damaged. Went on to website and found out the only way to contact company was via e-mail, which to be honest, immediately concerned me. I thought here we go with either no reply, pushback, it’s our fault, etc.. To my pleasant surprise, they responded to my e-mail within a few minutes, asked for a few pic’s of box and broken part, which I promptly sent them. A few minutes later, with no pushback or questions, they notified me the parts had been ordered and included a tracking number. Parts showed up 6 days later. While initially questioning my purchase, I found the companies responsiveness quick and satisfactory.

so I got the rizzler not to long ago and have never ridden a e bike at all this is a good first,I mean it’s easy to ensemble and to learn how to ride.
