Sky's the Limit Palette

For the price it’s good, I got it as a gift for someone. The colors and pigment are good, but I personally prefer more velvety pigments. Some of the shades felt a little dry, but overall they were pigmented.

WHY ARE THESE PRICED SO LOW!? THEY ARE PHENOMENAL!!! Sorry for yelling but seriously Moira's palettes are better that ND or even PML! I mean don't go up on the prices but these are so slept on!! Buttery and pigmented!
