Some of the colors are chalky, super bummed about it. Other colors are more pigmented and better texture, less fall out. Difficult to apply though overall

I like the colors of this palette but it doesn't stay without eye primer. Even with the eye primer many of the colors don't seem to go on smoothly or have staying power. I have not had this experience with other Moira pressed powders, so I don't know if this palette is a one-off? Generally I really like and appreciate this brand. Maybe I need a different eye primer. I have oily lids which can make it hard for me to keep my shadows bright and in place for a whole day.
