AOA Eyes On Me Liquid Eyeliner

It was dried out and clumpy.

As far as the liner itself, this is exactly what you want. Colors are strong, it stays well. The brush applicator is a little awkward & weird but it's not so bad.

I tried all of these liquid inkpot brush liners. Here they are, worst to best: LA Colors Round Wonder Eyes on Me (Envy and Oh La La) LA Colors Liquid Liner (normal?) I couldn't see much of a difference between Wonder and Eyes On Me, but I think the formula is a little more solid than Wonder. It's okay, still better than most of the felt tipped ones. The brushes are all way thicker than my ELF brush, so that takes getting used to. I think I like it better than Wonder overall
