Delivery was prompt and was well packaged to aid assembly. Good instructions other than with one step, but went together well. Works great and use of app makes the time go fast.

This bike is not useable until piece #78 is replaced with something shorter. Jerrie, Attached are two photos that show the two connections of piece #78, Lower Tension Control. Photo #1 shows its attachment to piece #76, Magnetic Plate. Photo #2 shows its attachment to piece #12A, Tension Control Wire. The adjustments on both ends are at the limit to shorten the effective length of the cable inside piece #78. Turning piece #12, Tension Control Knob, does nothing. I have also tried shortening both adjustments and the control knob does nothing. Fred
