24” Cold Water Hose Works Perfectly

I had to use the 24” long hose instead of the standard hose that came with the bidet. This was because our toilet has a skirt down the sides so it’s a longer route from the T-valve to the bidet. The 24” hose worked perfectly. I would like to thank the Luxe support representative for his excellent service.

Remarkable customer service

I needed a longer hose for my installation, but standard hoses available at the local hardware store would not interface with the bidet control connector. Luxe customer support helped me find a longer hose from their store and shipped it out to me right away at no charge. It doesn’t get any better than that.
