Life changing!
I got this book as part of a 21 day challenge. I've never been much of a stretcher, unless my body hurt. After doing these stretches in the morning and at night for less than 10 minutes each, I am a believer in the benefits and am hooked for life. It only took a couple of days for me to feel the difference. Stretching is now something I love and need to do upon awakening and before sleep. Easy to understand and put into practice. Highly recommend!

Wildgym is Great Training
I got this program recently. I have almost all of the Wildgym/Monkii training material. The programs are easy to implement but challenging in order to benefit the student. I incorporate materials from all of the programs. For instance the Body Hardening program has a yoga series that I have been doing and I have incorporated some of the stretching moves and the breathing technique in the yoga series making it more effective. I have improved my ROM and flexibility in a number of areas in just two weeks. Wildgym workouts hit every facet of fitness and well being. I do Monkii bar workout, a 360 work out, yoga/stretching, some Stoic balance work and now Neon Buffalo work out almost daily. The work outs are quick, targeted and effective. Really more of a part of everyday life than just a work out. I have performed most of the programs multiple times and get better each time by focusing on form, breathing, ROM and getting more outside work. Great, Wild stuff. Thanks Dan and Kim.

Great Stretching Guide
I’ve never been good at stretching parts of my body, I’ve learned a lot in the last few years, but this guide has moved me to the next level in recovery and injury prevention. The videos are easy to follow with very well written instructions that are easy to follow. Another 5 star Wild Gym item.
