Fantastic E Bike

Have had the Alpha for a couple weeks now, and have only used , no throttle. Getting almost 26 to 29 miles with only using 1 bar. This includes acouple of steep hills. Will be making a video on the bike soon. Still considering purchasing another battery for long rides.

Great Bike

I bought the Step-Over for me and the Step-Thru for my wife. I weight 320 lbs. and have no trouble riding these bikes. They are both well built and handle great. I love the torque sensor because I have to pedal and get exercise. My wife’s bike came with a small gouge in the frame and was obviously an open box because it was not packaged the same as mine. I contacted customer service and after a phone call and a few back and forth text messages, we worked out a small discount and free front racks. I took one star off for that inconvenience. I cannot recommend these bikes enough.
