We love home baked bread, and especially love rosemary focaccia. We've made it from scratch from a dozen different recipes, and we've tried dozens of packaged mixes for both bread machines and ovens. When we tried this Prepared Pantry Rosemary Focaccia mix, we knew our search had ended. It's SO easy to make, almost foolproof, and is perfect without any additions. Well, we sometimes add some extra garlic, or salt, or black pepper, or some sun-dried tomatoes or an olive spread. But we prefer just making it as instructed. It comes together so easily. We use a stand mixer to knead the dough, divide it into halves, spread it out in two round cake pans, let it rise (for about two hours or more), punch it down and bake. Twelve minutes later we've got the most flavorful home-baked focaccia ever! Guests have asked for the recipe. They take pictures of the packaging and a few slices of bread and go home to order their own stockpile. My only hesitation about singing this bread mix's praises is that the Prepared Panty might not be able to keep up production and we'd experience a shortage. God forbid! Bottom line: the BEST bread mix out there.

I made this for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it! It was a big hit with my family! I will be purchasing more. Also, I think this makes a wonderful gift!!
