Guittard White Chocolate Wafers 18 oz

Smooth and delicious!

I melted these in a glass bowl over a pan of simmering water as a makeshift double boiler and used them to dip double chocolate peppermint cookies in before dusting them with crushed candy cane bits. This was wonderfully smooth, sweet and delicious, and set up quickly. I'll definitely use these again!

Many white chocolate wafers taste waxy or even have an "off" flavor and scent. Soe holiday recipes call for white chocolate, and Guittsrd is the only one I can trust

Smooth! Delicious! Could they be made with less sugar? REAL sugar, of course!
