AMAZING 😻. This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased this. It’s a small portion. Perfect for 2 people to share on a salad. If you are serving big eaters get one per person. This is a very special piece of meat. I marinated it differently both times. It’s a perfect bbq. I’ll definitely buy this again.

Versatile. Great size.

Have to serve no more than medium rare. Beautiful marbling.
