Shredded my heels

I don’t know what happened to Rothy’s in the past few years. I had a pair of the same exact model 2 years ago and they were great. However, when I got this new pair they absolutely shredded my heels within 20 minutes. And because I have worn them outside, I can’t return them anymore and this is such a waste of money.
