Nice Profile

I have been enjoying this coffee as Pour Over with the Kalita Wave. I had to set my grinder coarser than "recommended" but I often have to do this with a lighter roast. I enjoy the tasting profile that this roast offers. I love the ONDA-coffee farmer relationship and support wholeheartedly this small business's model. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced!

First coffee where I enjoyed the berry note

I’ve been trying different coffee roasters around Seattle/Washington area and I am surprised by this one. I tend to steer clear from coffee with notes of berries because the taste is so sour :( I ended up buying this one because I wanted light roast since it doesn’t upset my stomach that much. I really did not expect anything but once I tasted my pulled espresso shot, I kept thinking, “this one’s sourness is actually nice? What? I can actually taste the berry note but I don’t make a yucky face?” I was so confused in a good way that my espresso shot was good! Anyways I hope you get to try this because it’s so delightful. Thank you Onda and Mr. Enrique for letting us have a taste of this beautiful coffee.
