Hydrating conditioner

I love this conditioner! This conditioner makes my curly hair untangled and soft. Unfortunately, the last purchase didn't smell like the previous conditioner I bought from amika. I am in the process of exchanging my conditioner for another amika hydrating conditioner.

Amazing hydration

I’d been feeling like my curls were lacking definition and moisture and none of my usual fail-safe options were working. I tried Amika’s hydro rush conditioner and leave-in and love them both so much. The smell is delicious without being overpowering, they give good slip, and my curls and springy as can be. It is not at all too heavy for my hair (high density, medium porosity, mostly 3 curls) but it is also heavy enough to make a noticeable moisture difference. I’m excited to try the Kure treatment to see if that provides enough protein to keep my curls at a nice protein/moisture balance.

This conditioner is luxurious and super effective. I use it on my daughter's very thick hair, and it revitalizes it like nothing else. It even worked out a few tangles without me having to do more than just brush the conditioner through after a few minutes of letting it sit. My hair is coarse (100% gray!) and 3B curly, and for some reason, this conditioner doesn't quite work for me, but the Hydro Rush Deep Conditioner is an unbelievably effective alternative.
