Arrived broken, radio silence from Muji help

The drawer arrived broken. Based on the condition of the boxes, it was broken prior to shipment. I reached out to Muji customer service to help resolve the situation and I received only an answer from a bot that a human agent would help me. After multiple follow-ups, absolute radio silence. Purchase only with a credit card that provides purchase protection or else you’ll be left holding the bag. As for the drawer, it does not have a mechanism that prevents it from completely sliding out. It is not as noticeable with the other sizes but with the extra wide it’s quite noticeable because it’s not as deep. Once you pull out the drawer enough to take something out, it’s on the verge of falling out and dropping on the floor/your foot. If you’re on the fence of getting a regular drawer with a width of 15/17 or the extra wide of 21. 7, I would recommend the regular drawer instead.

I use to have the 3 tires plastic drawer from Walmart, and they always hard to pull out, and fall apart. This is totally different than that. Its stable and the size is great too
