Oliva Elite Chef's Knife - 8"

Love this knife! I decided to indulge myself with a new chefs knife. I inherited my German knives from my aunt and they are about 75 years old these knives are still good but i wanted my own I’m. I chose messermeister after lots of research and also loved the olive wood handle. It’s a little heavier than I expected but feels wonderful in hand.

I will have this knife for decades to come. It’s gorgeous, excellent craftsmanship, and came razor sharp! I love it.
