Cheese Knife

The first knife I was sent was defective. It would not cut straight. The blade had a slight bend thus would not cut straight or thin cuts. I notified the service department, they had me return it for evaluation. The blade was determined to be defective. You replaced the knife. I have been using it to cut cheese block into thin cheese slices I like it. Great service department.
