I recently moved out of Colorado for the first time in my life and, by and far, I have missed Chile Verde more than anything else. Though the jarred stuff doesn’t hit the same itch as the stew with pork, it’s a very welcome addition to the Mexican food that is available here and much more authentic tasting than anything else we’ve found. The stuff at Walmart is not even close to this stuff

Nice variety in bundle

We ordered the medium level of heat, and I think we may need to ratchet down to mild for the Santa Fe Ole brand. It's fun to have the three to compare and decide what we want to use each for in the future!

Flavorful and tasty. A taste of New Mexico when you are away. My son greatly enjoyed the flavor.
