Carne Adovada Sauce

First time Carne Adovada cook

Hello from Texas, I thought I'd try my hand marinating a pork roast in Carne Adovada sauce and oven cooking it. I didn't want to overcooked the pork, but I helped the neighbor with the fall leaves and got distracted. I like the sauce and used the second jar to top my breakfast burrito. Eggs and shredded potatoes were missing.

I love to make carne adobada and I didn’t think this would be as good as my own sauce but it surprised me! It’s delicious and cuts down on my preparation time since it’s done for me. Great flavor.
