I was having trouble finding crushed chipotle from my previous favorite vendors. So I ordered some whole pods and got mashing. Good smoky flavor, just what I wanted. Bits still a little chewy, needed more work to grind up. Maybe stick them in an toaster oven on low to dry them 100% if you're planning to crush them up.
