Eggplant Parmesan Sauce with Rich Tomato and Eggplant

After tasting many variations of Italian red sauce, Eggplant Parmesan is the clear winner. I love its thickness and the flavor of the delicious tomatoes. I think the eggplant tops the flavor off. I now have a subscription to have this sauce delivered regular basis.

Wow we were so delighted by this sauce. Baby chunks of soft tender eggplant- perfumed the sauce beautifully. I make eggplant Parmesan from scratch but this sauce made my job much easier with the same ( if not better) flavor, without all the prep. Definitely worth the money. Will be ordering this again!! 🔥👏🏻👏🏻
