Sent email to Astarin very unhappy with chimes. Couldn't give to deceases family. Name and date could not be seen. Have been waiting on reply from your company! Dissatisfied!

Chimes with inscription on wood pieces

Came from china. Inscription on wood not very good. After some urging they redid the inscription on new wood pieces. It’s better but still not real legible. But at least they tried. They need a better process for the engraving, especially for a memorial piece. This won’t last.
