NuMex Easter Ornamental Pepper Seeds

Bad germination,wrong peppere

Ive been starting seeds for years. Ive used many comoanies but this is the first time i ordered through pepperjoes. First off my usual germination rate for seeds is 90% and up. All the seeds i purchased,except for the peach habanero,were 50% or less. I was just going to let it go but then this . I had purchased the Numex easter ornamental because i love color and not just flowers. Only half of the seeds germinated which upset me because i had wanted to give them to others. I plant mine and patiently wanted for the pretty peppers. I do not know what they are but they are not easter ornamentals. Pepper joes has totally disappointed me.

Good genetics in veg state so far,

Seeds did not sprout.

Not sure what the issue was, May have been my technique may have been seeds,
