Re-Lyte® Hydration Electrolyte Powder Stick Packs / 30 Count Variety Pack

My husband loves the lemon/lime sticks. They are so easy to carry in the front of my cooler along with waters. It’s the only ones he will use. He’s tried others and said they leave after taste, but Not Redmonds!!

Just lived through a European trip which included the worst heatwave London has ever seen - I am certain these powder sticks saved our lives!! The 1st day we just drank water & were exhausted & felt awful - days 2-6 we remembered our Relyte and walked 15k steps - felt quenched & had energy all day. A huge difference for us people 55+!!

Always grwat taste and helps me stay hydrated when breastfeeding. Also a friend of mines has borrowed some and has had help with her feeling like she is holding lots of water. She feels significantly better after drinking every time.
