A metal clip broke on my boat flag. Emailed Allegiance flag told them my problem, and they send me a new parts. They handled everything very fast. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the new spinners and set screws. I’m embarrassed to admit that I am flying an inferior quality flag, due to my budget restraints. We go through 3 flags a year, and can’t afford $85 every three months. The light weight flag doesn’t pull the spinners around the mast properly, so every other day, I have to get out my ladder and unwrap the flag.

We didn’t receive these pieces in our kit so we didn’t have parts to put up flag. I called and Allegiance handled it quickly and now I’m good and quality of every thing is great
