Small but mighty!

July has the best customer service ever! I reached out to July asking for help to ensure that my luggage set would arrive on time for a last minute trip to Rome. They were so responsive and explained the steps they were taking to assist me. My luggage set arrived earlier than expected and this is by far, my favorite carry-on. I'm obsessed with this light carry-on. European airlines require smaller carry-ons and this was perfect. I'm 4'11'' and typically struggle being able to lift carry on luggage onto the overhead bin and I had zero issues lifting this one while on my tippy toes. This is a small but mighty carry on and fit all my essential items. I will be purchasing more July products for sure! Thank you for making my trip less stressful July team!

Amazing customer service! Just earned a lifelong fan

I really love my suitcase. Not sure why, but the plastic cover of the outside of my suitcase came off and exposed the end of the zipper. I sent the pictures to customer service and see if there is anything they can help me with. They sent me a replacement within a week with no question asked! This is such a a peace of mind and I will only buy suitcases from July moving on.

Wonderful little suitcase--almost perfect

My criteria was that it be 21" and weigh under 6 lbs. and it meets that. It will be very good for maybe up to a two week trip--mainly because I tend to pack light--for someone else, it might be more suitable for a week. It feels sturdy and the telescoping handle feels quite strong. The wheels are very smooth on wood and carpet. I like the TSA lock system built into he bag. I do have two small complaints--First, the mesh closures inside the case do not have any pockets or storage. I like to have these pockets for small things that I want to be able to see and access when I open the case. Secondly, there is no side handle nor is there a grab attachment at the bottom to help lift it. This makes it impossible to put a security strap around it. I suspect this is why there is so little weight to the case, so despite these small complaints, it still does exactly what I wanted it to do.
