I was very skeptical at first, but enjoy taking these. They are a perfect size and easy to swallow, no extra strange ingredients AND I crack one open and add it my smoothie! Fantastic! The only concern I have is that I have to deal with the currency exchange and shipping to Canada. Other than that, perfect vitamins!

I have more energy since starting Multi-Vita-Maxx. I like that the capsules are small and easier to swallow. I don't need to take other supplements to fill in the gaps that some vitamins have.
