Excellent Beer

It definitely lives up to the hype….

Convinced!

I have been hesitating on this kit for years as I wondered if it was just being over hyped. I finally gave it a go and......I am amazed! This is a remarkably good beer. I could not be more pleased. Made the extract kit and used Nottingham yeast as I do not have temperature low enough for the S04 to work well. A fabulous everyday beer!
