Simple but not Simplistic!
This was the first beer I made - came with the starter kit I got from NB years ago. I will be brewing up my 4th batch of this soon. It is one of the best beers you can make and is in the top 5 of all the beers I have brewed over the years. Tasty and solid.

Still is the secondary fermentor
Seemed to ferment in the primary very fast but specific gravity was still high about 1.020 at 5 days, then at about 9th day days it was still about 1.018. So I transferred to the secondary and the airlock started bubble. Still have a week to go. I tried the oxygenator system for the first time. I am guessing that it speed up the initial fermentation. I give only three stars because I have not tasted the final product yet. Expect it to be ready in about another three weeks.

Slobberingly good
Second batch I have brewed that’s how good it is.
