Dayliner handlebar bag

This is my 2nd time to purchase this bag. I bought one 2 years ago and absolutely live it. I use it in my front basket. Which I am able to Velcro it down through the basket. I've also used it on my back bike rack. It's a great bag. I've tried to use it on my front handle bar but it's too heavy when loaded, so it doesn't work well there.
