All three turned out great. I purchased two extra ounces of Cascade hops and jazzed up the Cascade IPA. Turned out great.

Prefect, but...

The beer turned out great as usual. The only problem I had was I used a can of the fast pitch wort (first experience with it) with dry yeast. (I was later told that wasn’t advised, so my fault for not getting that answer before using it. Now I know.) In any case, the working time on the Block Party Amber Ale doubled (not sure if that was why), but the beer turned out great anyways. Texting for advice is good, but having the ability to call and get immediate answers is missed. I need to learn more patience.

Great product, exactly what we needed, will order it once/year.
