Canceled membership

I ordered the first pair in November, kept getting the run around on it being shipped. Woke up a month later to being charged for a 2nd pair and still hadn't received the 1st. After some back and forth they did send a different selection of the 1st pair because my selection was out of stock. We received joystick and the underwear are nice feeling and my husband says comfortable. We have yet to receive the 2nd pair but it does state to allow several days for membership items to ship. Just a hassle to get them initially so we canceled our membership.
