Gotoh SD90 MG-T magnum lock 3 a side machine head sets

Perfect upgrade

I replaced the original machine heads on my PRS SE Paul's Guitar. They were the perfect replacement. These Gotoh machine heads were the same shape but slightly smaller and made of a much better material than the ones I had. And of course, the main reason I bought them, they were locking. Quality machine heads, easy to install, look great and work perfectly.

Excellent Tuners

Upgrading an '02 LP Standard Honeyburst. These tuners upgraded the look and functionality of my axe. Got them gold with black pegs. Locking function is on point and a definite improvement over the stock tuners. The fit was a straight drop in. No alterations needed. 10/10 would buy again!

Not the best fit, but otherwise fine

I bought these to install on my Gibson Les Paul Junior, replacing the vintage style Gibson tuners that came fitted from the factory. I've got Gotoh locking tuners on all my strats and have always been very happy with them, so I thought I'd get a 3x3 set for the Gibson. Unfortunately on the Les Paul Junior, the bushings are far too small and just fall out. In the end I had to wrap each bushing in a few wraps of electrical tape to get them to fit. A bit of a faff and not ideal. I wouldn't buy them again for a Gibson based on this experience. Sales service from Alegree was good though - with reasonable despatch and delivery times, so I'd be happy to purchase from them in the future.
