Warranty Replacement Flawless Customer Service

We picked up two of these trimmers one for myself and one for my son back in April. One of the units failed wouldn't boot up. Battery still had a charge from the prior use. Try jumping it with the USB nothing. Contacted customer service via email sent them a photo of the receipt of the original purchase photo of barcode on the box and explain the situation. Received a response later on that afternoon. They'll take care of it and send us out a brand new trimmer. A new trimmer shipped out the next day. That is perfect customer service. This is why we buy and use their products...

high quality

This is as good as any general at-home trimmer. I use it for both body scaping and hair cutting. Blades and attachments (besides the foil shaver) are high quality! 🔥💪🏿🕺🏿

Beard and body trimmer V2

I really like the V2 trimmer. It is a very good trimmer and is well worth the money for a personal trimmer. It has help me shape my beard with ease. Normally I would have my beard trimmed at the barber shop or I would maintain trimming my beard by hand with scissors. This trimmer is great; for now I can trim and shape my beard myself at home. I've also have bought the other blades and the case to keep my V2 trimmer protected. I hope to be using this trimmer for many years. Thank you for a great product.
